SG,SCP series pipeline pump is a new vertical type sing stage centrfugal pump which has been developed to cope with too low pressure of pipe. and has greatly superior to horizontal type centrfugal pump currently used. Application:
The SG series pipeline pump is mainly suitable for the high-rise construction, garde riiigation,cold and hot water circulation, flammable explosive liquid and the corrosive hydraulic liquid transportation and also is a complete transportation facitlity of boiler, water supply, chemical industry, etc.
1.The SG popular type is suitable the high-rise construction water supply, garden irrigation, cool and hot waqter circulatin,long-distance water distribution, water circulation of bathroom. with aplication temperature 80¡æ below.
2.The SGR hot water is suitable for boiler hot and cool water circulating with aplication temperature 140¡æ below.
3.SCP pump is stainless steel pump which transports corrosive mediumand suitable for food. pharmacy.brewage, chemical industry with qpplication temperature 100¡æ below. |

Work conditins:
The pumps can work properly and continuously under following operation conditions:
1.The inlet tube hydraulic pressure is not bigger than 3Kg/m2,and not smaller than 0.23Kg/cm2.
2.The water quality is the clear water excluding textile fiber or the solid particle.The hot water should be soft.
3.Medium temperature:Cold water temperature is not lower than 0¡æ, and hot water pump not to surpass 100¡æ.
4.Power frequency should be 50Hz.single phase voltage 220V, three-phase voltage 380V, and voltag fluctuation shuld be 0.9-1.1 times than the rated. |
